T2 Cosy

This charming little apartment is brand new, and I built it in an old barn that belonged to my grandfather. He used to store wood, straw, slate, and other materials there. I spent over a year emptying it out, followed by a year of renovations—weekends, holidays, and vacations. I did it all myself, with the help of a few colleagues. We started from scratch, or almost; we kept only the walls, which needed reinforcing, and the roof structure. Wanting to create a welcoming and cozy little haven, I paid close attention to the materials and decor. I hope you'll like it too and feel comfortable here. I currently work in industry as a site manager for a large piping company. I love DIY projects and discovering new things. If I don't know how to do something, I do it to learn. This is how I was able to build my first apartment myself, and I'll be building more soon. The plans are already in mind; all that's left is to bring them to life. I'm lucky to have been born so close to the ski resorts, in the beautiful Oisans region. Our magnificent mountains will be delighted to welcome you. At the foot of the infamous Alpe d'Huez climb, our village of Bourg d'Oisans, with its many outdoor activities, will ensure you have a wonderful holiday. Walks with marmots, whitewater rafting or canoeing, numerous mountain lakes, the unmissable winding roads perfect for cycling or motorcycling, mountain passes that are well worth the effort, peaks higher than the clouds, and finally, breathtaking landscapes. No, no, I'm not being biased, just eager to share this marvelous region with you.
